Woah...hold on to your chairs becasue I've been...PROACTIVE IN ARTY STUFF *anonymous woman faints in front row**

I've decided that as a productive use of my spare time when I'm not at work, I should put together a portfolio.

Nowadays I just say to people, "Check out my DA page", but I think I should actually get round to finishing some of my multitude of Scraps and make worthwhile pieces to show my ability.

I've taken two steps forward to acheiving this by buying an A3 case and a pack of matte photo paper to print my work digital work and photos onto. I've order a new set of graded pencils and a range of fineliners so I can outline stuff and basically make something of my sketches.

I don't really have a plan for what to do after, but at least I'll have the portfolio done (which is what I PLANNED to do during this year off anyway)

On another note, I've got more stuff coming out of my head to do so thats a positive step forward. I've got the following surfacing ideas:

- Good photos involving "Dream's Gallery" (which is pretty much finished)
- Photo-manipulations on the subject of the Sandman character, "The Corinthian"
- Something to do with Destiny's Garden (there's a park near my house that has got me thinking alot about this place, again, from the Sandman.
- Locating a gas-mask for a 'costume' of the Golden Age Sandman, Wesley Dodds (to photograph)
- Do some manual photography with a darkroom, hopefully with ~ForbiddenGlamour modelling again

On a non-art note, but still creative, I mad the idea of making some short theme music pieces for, you guessed it, Sandman characters. I only REALLY thought of doing "The Corinthian's Theme" and calling it something to do with black mirrors (in-book reference) but then got a bit Dream-y and Delirium-y with my e-Bow so we'll see how that goes.
